Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort - Hurghada

Vacation Experience Visiting this place for a vacation at the end of March was an excellent choice, especially with kids. They absolutely loved it! We spent almost the entire week at the hotel without feeling the need to go out. Pros: 1. Plenty of pools, easy access – The hotel has many swimming pools, so you’re never far from a place to swim or sunbathe. There are also different entertainment programs scheduled at various times. 2. Great dining options – The hotel offers a variety of restaurants with fresh and delicious food. Drinks are available nonstop, and there are several bars to explore. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try them since we were traveling with kids. 3. Extensive sports facilities – The hotel has a gym, football and basketball courts, beach volleyball, tennis, and more, perfect for those who enjoy sports. 4. Excellent service – The staff, from housekeeping to restaurant and resort service, was professional and patient, making our stay very enjoyable. 5. Beautiful beach nearby – The beach is within walking distance or a short shuttle ride away. The water is crystal clear, and the sand is clean, making it a great spot for families. 6. Worthwhile boat trips – Although boat trips require an additional fee, they are highly recommended. We suggest visiting Magawish Island, which was absolutely stunning. Cons: There were hardly any downsides, but one thing to note: 1. Spa experience was disappointing – We found it not worth the money. Of course, it’s a personal choice, but based on our experience, it wasn’t great. Overall, this was a fantastic vacation, especially for families with children. If you're traveling with kids, you're sure to have a wonderful time!

Workers in the restaurant are so nice and polite. The Syrian chef is amazing. Mr. Abdulrwhman is so polite and helpful.

The overall hotels are very well presented, well maintained and looked after. The cleanliness was faultless and the upkeep of the lovely gardens and landscaping was excellent. The overall facilities were very good. The water slides, albeit, for younger children., and the numerous pools were all excellent and safe. The room was ok, an ok size for two adults and young child. There was some construction work taking place directly below our room for them to build a new bar area, and even though this did not cause us much disruption there was a lot of nice at times. The hotel had a 400m running/walking strip which was very useful. The cleaning staff who serviced our room were very professional and maintained the room to a high standard.

This hotel is brilliant, highly recommend it!! Everything is perfect. - Freshly cooked meat in front of you from four buffet restaurants, including beef, prawn, chicken, fish, turkey, duck, and more! It's fantastic! - Entertainment, different shows every night, and an anamation team making sure you have lots of fun with volleyball darts and more. - The staff are all hard working and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. What made this stay exceptional was Ali Maher on reception. He gave us his personal point of contact for any issues and questions we had. He was so professional and welcoming from the beginning to the end. Thank you, Ali and pickalbatros, for our fantastic holiday!!
